ProShip Training Event Fosters Synergy With Customers

Known for exceptional customer service, ProShip, Inc. continues to strive for ways to educate and communicate with its customers. In mid-May, a two day customer training event was held at our corporate office where a wide range of topics were covered. These topics included:

  • ProShip configuration and integration.
  • Demonstrations of hardware integration to scanners, scales and high-speed thermal barcode printers.
  • Interactive discussion forums on other ProShip related topics.

With the 2015 changes in DIM weight rate changes by UPS and FedEx, one of the hot topics was dimensional desktop scales and how they easily integrate with ProShip software. This easy interface allows our customers to recognize a significant savings in shipping costs.

Another topic was ProShip’s ability to work with many host systems. Some of our customers are faced with multiple divisions within their company and are looking to consolidate to a single platform. ProShip’s development and integration team members were on hand to discuss these scenarios and provide expert advice and support.

These training events are a great way for ProShip customers to network with other ProShip users, explore products and services to help maximize their software investment and take away new tips and tricks to increase productivity and efficiency back at the office.

Each day is packed with ProShip disseminating valuable content and concludes with some open time for customers to ask questions specific to their own environment. We hope you can join us at the next event!
